Series: How Should We Then Vote? (2020)
Duration: 1 hr 8 mins 49 secs

What makes life bearable for mankind on this earth? Listen to this lesson to see that beginning at creation God instituted divine order to be followed by all. Hear an overview of six divine institutions which make up these social laws. See that God gave mankind everything he needed and a test for his obedience. Accept that we, too, must align ourselves to God’s divine institutions or accept negative consequences.

Here is a link to the Black Lives Matter article by Soeren Kern of the Gatestone Institute.

Dr. Dean also mentioned an article about Black Lives Matter being anti-Semitic that he posted on his Facebook page, available here.

Dr. Dean also mentioned Mark Musser's book entitled Nazi Ecology.

Why is life so hard and such a struggle? Listen to this lesson to learn that these problems are a result of the Fall. See a list of the consequences of sin and how the first Divine Institution of Personal Responsibility requires hard work even in the face of discomfort, disappointment, and disillusionment. Understand that no matter what we are going through, we are to understand that God is in control and He gives us the resources to handle whatever comes our way.

During this lesson Dr. Dean mentioned an article by Victor Davis Hanson regarding antifa.

He also commented on a book by Elisabeth Elliot entitled Through Gates of Splendor.

Why should we have a government? Can’t people just be trusted to do what’s right? Listen to this lesson to learn about the necessity for the fourth Divine Institution, human government. Find out that in order to have a productive civilization it is necessary to restrain evil and sin. See how the first two thousand years of history played out as man’s evil increased, resulting in demons trying to pervert the human race. Understand that it is only through laws and a righteous justice system that mankind can live in peace and prosperity.
