Duration: 1 hr 6 mins 31 secs
What difference does it make whether I understand the Trinity? To tell the truth, it gives me a headache just to try to think about it. If this is how you feel at times, listen to this lesson to learn all the rich benefits that come from understanding the Godhead. See that the first person is God the Father and the second person is God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Understand they are identical, co-equal, and co-infinite. Explore passages in the Old Testament where Jesus Christ is called the Angel of the Lord and learn what that means. Find out the significance of names in the Bible. See that the more you know about God, the more you can praise and appreciate Him.

Passage: 1 Samuel 2:5-10 & Psalm 2
Series: 1st and 2nd Samuel (2015)
Duration: 1 hr 2 mins 31 secs
Have things gone too far off the rails for our country to ever recover? Listen to this lesson to hear how Hannah and the writers of the Psalms describe God’s sovereignty. He is the one who controls life and death and everything in between. He alone can thwart the evil plans against us. When we think through life’s problems, we need to remember the attributes of God and trust Him to always provide and protect us. Since people who appear to be powerful will be brought down by God and those who are powerless will be strengthened, we can rest knowing that we have nothing to fear.

Passage: Ephesians 1:3-14
Series: Ephesians (2018)
Duration: 53 mins 53 secs
What are the implications of the terms “Father” and “Son” referring to God, the Father, and Jesus Christ, the Son? Listen to this lesson to learn that members of the Trinity have the same divine essence but different roles. See that these titles preceded creation and Christ’s incarnation and are related to submission to authority. Find out that Satan rebelled against authority orientation and mankind has had a problem with authority ever since. See that as we learn about these role distinctions in the Godhead it helps us to understand and handle the difficult aspects of our relationships.
